Good morning. This is Justin Jarboe with the Jarboe Group Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty. We are here at our brand new listing
47 East Bailey's Road in Charlton. Want to give you a quick tour of the house and the grounds.
So, we are at the entrance here. There's two sections to come in, which is kind of cool. Um huge yard over here. And then this long driveway approaching
the house. >> [music] >> And little retaining wall with flowers lined. It's absolutely stunning location.
Very close to all major routes.
Very private down a nice windy country road. The driveway's lined with all of these um lamp posts. My god, I couldn't think of the name of them for a second there. Um
what do you all think of the uh the driveway? Do you like short driveways where your house is kind of like prominent on the street or do you prefer
more of a longer type driveway where you're a little more secluded? Vote on the side and let me know what you think. And we're going to enter into the house
in 1 second here. All right, we're walking up the steps here. Seller just redid these. These came out
wonderful.
What do you all think of front porches? Do you rather have a front porch or a rear deck? If you had to choose one
or the other, which one would you pick? Let me know on the poll on the side here.
All right, let's enter this house. Look at this huge living room.
I absolutely love this island. I know you can't really tell from the photo the magnitude and size of this thing. Um I forget the dimensions. Alicia, what was
the size of this thing? >> 5 by 9. >> 5 ft by 9 ft. This thing is massive. Look at my hand on this thing. It's It's
huge. It's absolutely huge. So.
Beautiful kitchen. The house was fully renovated. Um didn't really need it, but they wanted to update it and they'd been living in it for a little while. Now
it's time to move on. So. This uh little add-on here is set up for a beautiful office. If you got a in-home office or a
business that you run, this is perfect for that. Huge space [music] to expand for the dining room. Got a nice deck off the back. So we actually have both. Um
This thing is is huge, by the way. It doesn't just stop there. It goes and turns around to the backyard and look at boom.
Massive deck. All right, let's head back inside. That's a little view of the backyard. There's a big Let me see if I can zoom in for you
guys. Huge area back there. So you can play football or soccer or whatever. So.
That's Alicia, my business partner and wife. Say hi. We're going to take a tour over here. So all right, we came in this door.
Massive space, perfect for entertaining. Worked our way over to this area. So the garage is here. Two-car garage
with a door and there's another um door over there. I'll show you later, maybe. Uh it goes down into the the basement. It's super awesome. I actually
want to design that in my new home when I build to have a door from the garage that goes directly to the basement instead of interior access only.
Laundry room on the main living area, the half bath right here, which is nice cuz it's off the kitchen. I hate when there's um
bathrooms that are like right on the kitchen. You have guests over, it just it's kind of awkward. What are your thoughts? Do you like having them
awkward like that or are you with me and you like it separated a little bit, give some privacy? Vote on the side. All right. So, we have a loft right here
that goes up with an additional bedroom and a huge space for an in-law suite or whatever you want to do. We're going to head up there in a minute, but I want to
show you this massive primary suite here. I love how this thing came out. Huge walk-in closet. The bathroom is stunning.
Check this thing out.
All right. So, another poll. Um the bedroom the primary bedroom is on this side of the house. I'm actually going to skip the loft for
just a moment. I'm going to bring you over to the other side of the house. There There's two other bedrooms and a bathroom on this side over here.
What are your thoughts on separating the the primary from the other uh bedrooms? Do you like that idea? Do you like to have everybody
close together? Um or do you think it's a a huge benefit to be separated and have some additional privacy but still be on the same
floor.
Let's head on up. It's a little echoey. There's no furniture up here. We still got to clean this space. They just finished doing some rental up
here, but look at the size and magnitude of this space. It came out awesome. So, again, you can use this for an in-law suite,
an extra living room or playroom, whatever you want to do.
Another big bedroom and there's a balcony overlooking the yard there. All right, we are back down in the kitchen. I'm going to have Alicia tell
you a little bit about the area. We're obviously here in Charlton, but tell us a little bit about Charlton and some cool amenities and
>> So, we are in Charlton and we are a quick drive, not so you can hear us, but close enough to drive to the Pike and
Route 20, so easy access [music] to everything you want to get to. And then in Sturbridge and Charlton, there's plenty of restaurants including BT's,
um some Thai places, the Sturbridge Hostar [music] Village, um anything like BT's, Tree House, you're within drivable quick distance to anything you want, so very, very easy
location. >> [music] >> Tree House, you are minutes from Tree House, the Mecca of beer. I totally forgot to show you guys the
basement. So, here we go. Let's head in. All right, let's head down to the basement.
It is unfinished, but could be finished. Massive space.
Just waiting for whatever you want to do down here. Tons of storage or you can finish it off into a living area.
