you probably have extensive experience working with different film production companies and uh if you could elaborate on the process of what it's like to work
with a film production company, what makes for a good film production company to work with? Yeah, I think you know you'll come across all different kinds of production
companies when you're in this business. Um, but I've really, you know, learned what helps the good ones stand out and essentially it goes back to what we're
talking about. They they truly listen. uh they push you to be creative and they know how to tell a story through their editing. I think that last piece again
sounds very like no duh, but in reality there are a lot of production companies that just don't know how to tell a story through editing and that really does
make all the difference. Um and so when I am thinking about a production company, I'm typically looking for three main things. Um, I look, you know,
again, a lot of people know how to shoot video, but I want a partner who helps me shape the story, not just record it. So,
that's the first that's the first thing. The second thing is, you know, we do work in a businessto business environment. So, the details and the
accuracy, they they do obviously matter. So, I look for companies who truly respect our brand and our audience, like really take the time to understand those
things. And then finally, you know, Michael, here's the here's the secret sauce. Um, tell me, tell me. Companies who are who are good and who
win, they have a streamlined team and minimal equipment. They communicate well, which typically means they're overcommunicating throughout your project.
They know how to hit deadlines. And finally, they manage the energy on the set. Yeah, managing it. That's what a good
director is for. Like if you are flat and you have no energy and you have talent who's supposed to be telling a certain message
and be passionate about it and you're not, you know, coaching them up to be that, it's going to be so flat. So finding a company that knows how to do
that, it it's a skill set for sure. Well, it's to what you were saying earlier on, part of what you're trying to do is you're trying to make people
understand the value of going in front of camera. Okay. Like you've done that, right? Big big check mark. But then the next step is actually going in front of
the camera. And myself, even though I work in film, I get scared whenever I go in front of the camera. It's natural. Y it's not easy. For some reason,
um executives at companies, you guys are pros. Like you go sit down. I don't know what you're feeling on the inside, but every single take you guys kill it.
That's awesome. Now, I'm speaking for myself. I go, I'm all nervous. Yeah. A and having a good director, like having someone who can cultivate that
right energy is a difference between having a great video versus like a subpar
